To reduce the risk of fraud, guests will be required to provide acceptable proof of ID and sign our vacation rental agreement (in accordance with state law). This will be emailed to you once you book. A preview document is available. All guests must abide by the vacation rental agreement. The ID name and address must match the information entered in the rental agreement and on the credit card used for payment. If there is a discrepancy, you will be asked to provide alternate proof of ID and your reservation will not be honored until this requirement is satisfied. All renters are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance in the event they need to cancel; there are no refunds outside the cancellation window.

Guests are entitled to a full refund if canceled at least 60 days before the check-in date (the date prior to check in is counted as day 1), minus any credit card fees incurred by the host. No refund will be given for cancellations after such point except in accordance with the terms of the vacation rental agreement. Travel insurance may provide coverage for losses incurred by the guest in the event of a cancellation for a covered reason. All guests are strongly encouraged to purchase travel insurance in the event they may need to cancel. Host will not make exceptions to policy.
